How To Assemble:
Unfold the transport wheelchair by slowly pulling the armrests a part until the seat is fully extended
Raise the hand grips upward until the backrest is fully extended and the bars snap into place with an audible click
Position the footrests on the placement tabs on the transport chair frame. Swing the footrests towards the center to engage the locking lever
How To Adjust The Footrest Height:
Remove the footrest by releasing the locking lever and swinging the footrest outward
Using a 14mm wrench, loosen the bolt on the underside of the footrest assembly
Raise or lower the footplate to the desired position, ensuring the foot plate will be a minimum of 2” from the floor for safe clearance
Tighten the bolt and reinstall the footrest
How To Fold the Transport Wheelchair:
Locate two black tabs on the back of the transport chair frame and push the tabs downward to release the handles
Gently lower the hand grips until they are tucked neatly against the seat of the chair. Note: the hand grips do not extend under the seat
Holding both armrests, pull the armrests together until the seat is completely folded
Care Instructions:
Using a dry, soft cloth, wipe down the frame weekly. For thorough cleaning, use an automotive wax or similar product

So Far So Good
I only have had this item for about a week. I bought this because my old transport chair only had wheel locks when bending down to lock the back wheel directly. I also have a steeper ramp to transport patients down, so I wanted some hand brakes like a bicycle to help slow things down for the heavier patients. It's very nice not to bend down to lock the wheels any more. The braking mechanism is a little stiff and sudden, unlike a bicycle brake, so I have to be careful not to be too jerky when slowing patients down on the ramp. Otherwise, all is good!

Perfect in combo with walker
My husband broke his femur and could use a walker, but for trips to the doctor, it was much easier to have him in the transport. I knew the transport was at the right level with a cushion added To get up to and down from his walker. Reception chairs are normally too low to comfortably get up and down from. He uses it to get close to the table to eat too. I recommend this easy-to-use helper! I had to adjust the foot rests and had no issues.

This ComfyGo Phoenix has made taking care of my 90 year old/250 pound Father so much easier. Getting it in an out of the back our are Accent is now easy, which saves my back. Plus moving it around in the back it seems like it Really only weighs a feather compared to his previous so called light weight chair. Plus the quality construction and ease of use was so obvious right from the start. If you want a chair that is simple to take on the go you have found it. It is worth the cost!
With all of the amount of choices to pick from I chose the IQ-9000 with reclining seat. It was received really fast and it was packaged really well. It was very easy to unpackage. Charged up the battery and away I went. I am unable to get around as well as I used to and this chair has helped me to cope with my aging body. The quality is outstanding and the variations of speed really help for me to get around. It is easy to fold and doesn't take up a lot of space in the back of my vehicle. This model did come with the head rest. The quick attach bolts for the head rest were not in the packaging. Once phone call and 3 days later the quick attach bolts arrived and I attached the head rest. A quality product that I am completely pleased with.
I have only had my Majestic Comfy Go a couple of weeks, but it had already given me more freedom to go where I want to go. It is so much more comfortable than a standard wheel chair and easy to operate. Folds and unfolds quick and easy. My family can load it in to the back of my car without straining their backs. I bought this chair in May and am at a conference for work now. I used to use a scooter. This is SO much better. Why?
1. It fit in the closet at the entrance to the plane. No gate checking, no damage.
2. I can easily roll up to tables for lunch, to get coffee, talk with vendors. It is easy to raise the controller arm to rest on table edge so I could eat comfortably and at a normal height. My scooter always had me sitting too high.
3. I can maneuver in elevators, crowded hallways and tight conference rooms.
4. One battery lasted all day with lots of back and forth at the conference.
5. I could take a regular taxi at airport…no wheelchair van required.
6. It handled some limited movement on grass at the after party just fine.

I have purchased, used, and am very happy with my Comfygo auto recline IQ9000 Plus chair. I have used it on a variety of surfaces and it works well on all of them. I toured around the Washington State Fairgrounds for 5 hours . The chair was very comfortable to ride in and used only 80 % of the first battery.
