Authorization Hold:
When you place an order, an authorization hold is placed on your payment method to reserve the funds. This hold is not a charge and will only be captured once the order is processed for shipment.
Order Confirmation:
Once your order is successfully placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email detailing your order and payment method.

🧾 Payment Authorization & Modifications
By submitting your order, you authorize Mobility Queens to charge your selected payment method for the full amount, including applicable taxes, fees, and shipping charges.
Once your order is placed, we cannot modify your payment details. If you need help, contact our Customer Support team.
💬 Payment Confirmation
After your payment is captured, you’ll receive a Payment Confirmation Email confirming that the transaction was completed.

Orders can be canceled before processing/shipping

If the item has already shipped, cancellation is no longer possible — see our Return Policy.

Some cancellations may incur fees depending on timing (see below)
📦 Backorders & Held Orders
If your item is on backorder, we give you the option to:

Hold your order until the item is restocked

Or cancel without a fee before restocking occurs
Important Notes on Held Orders:

Payment is captured after a few days, even for backorders

If canceled before shipping, a 5% cancellation fee applies

If canceled after shipping, a 30% restocking fee applies
